Jim King offers 30+ years experience to these programs. For many years he served as Commercial Loans and Director of Marketing in two metropolitan banks.

He has taught at high school and collegiate levels, established GOAL RU$H and in the past 23 years has been developing people in leadership and sales training. Recently, Jim has developed “Working Two-gether as Partners in Profit”, a successful sales program for all banks and financial institutions

Change is the key ingredient for shaping the future. Trends are the most common; but, paradigms examine the other kinds of change that cause revolutions, stop trends in their tracks and create new trends. Jim reminds us, “we better pay attention to the future because that is where we are going to spend the rest of our lives.”
